Directions from Dallas (I-35)
Come south on I-35 and exit onto Toll Road 45 West. Exit Southbound Texas 1 Toll South (Loop 1-Mopac) then turn right on Loop 360 South (Capital of Texas Hwy). Continue on 360 over the Lake Austin Bridge. From the Lake Austin Bridge continue 3.4 miles to the “The Reserve” (green glass buildings) entrance on the right. Proceed up the hill and take the second left. Building 4 is the second building on the left. Texas Royalty is located upstairs in Suite 200.
Directions from Tyler (Hwy 79)
Come south on Highway 79 to Hutto. Take Southbound Toll Road 130 to Toll Road 45 West. Continue on 45 and exit Southbound Texas 1 Toll South (Loop 1-Mopac), turn right on Loop 360 South (Capital of Texas Hwy). Continue on 360 over the Lake Austin Bridge. Directions from Houston (Hwy 71 & Austin Bergstrom Airport)
From Austin Bergstrom Airport continue on Hwy 71/Hwy 290 under I-35. Follow until you see signs for Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Hwy). Take Loop 360 (Capital of Texas Hwy) north toward Hwy 2244 (Bee Cave Road). Continue past 2244 (Bee Cave Road) bridge on 360 for exactly 1.1 miles to a turnaround on the left which allows you to cut across the 360 Boulevard. Now go south on 360 for .3 miles to “The Reserve” (green glass buildings) entrance on the right. Proceed up the hill and take the second left. Building 4 is the second building on the left. Texas Royalty is located upstairs in Suite 200.
